Symptoms would be no start and no ECU communication because the main chip of the ECU is not connected anymore. J271 is the relay that powers the ECU FYI. If that's dead the ECU won't get power. Probably wouldn't be any other relay, as the other ones are for the starter, SAI, and coolant pump.
