. Oddometer: 366. Location: Missouri. Just changed the fork oil in my '12 800 XC. I had a discrepancy though I wanted to ask about. The service manual says after removing the fork leg and collapsing it down and removing the spring and spacer, the distance from the top of the outer leg to the oil level inside the leg should be 107mm. Thenew Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin is powered by a 999 cc parallel-twin motor which makes 87 bhp and 92 Nm. In comparison, the Triumph Tiger 800 XCx has an 800 cc in-line triple engine, and makes marginally more power - 94 bhp.
