Scan the item then choose use Walmart pay on your phone switch over to gift card for the payment method and scan the QR code on the self check out register. You are good to go and you get to use Microsoft Reward Points to buy items. I am not 100% about PSN cards but assuming nothing changed you should be able to do this.
